1. Regional High-Level Multi-Stakeholder Dialogue on EU Trade Policies
In partnership with SEATINI Uganda under the East African Trade Network (EATN), we hosted a regional dialogue to unpack the impact of EU trade policies on African economies and explore pathways for inclusive growth.
2. Project Launch with the Danish Institute for Human Rights (DIHR)
Together with DIHR, we launched a new project aimed at integrating human rights into trade policymaking. This initiative underscores the importance of placing people and rights at the center of Africa’s trade agenda.
3. SEATINI Podcast Feature
Our Executive Director, Edgar Odari, featured on the SEATINI #PodcastSeries, sharing insights on Africa’s trade justice movement and the opportunities for collaboration across the continent.
4. CNBC Africa Interview on AGOA Exit
Edgar Odari appeared on CNBC Africa, analyzing the implications of Kenya’s exit from AGOA (African Growth and Opportunity Act) and its broader impact on regional trade and development.
